I ordered three shirts and the experience started off a little shaky. I didn’t receive an order confirmation. After a week or so I reached out (prepared to write it off as getting taken). I received an immediate reply, an apology, and a status update on the order. Exactly what you’d hope. Shirts came and are really cool. Only challenge is they are insanely long. In fairness, I’m a lot wider than I am tall but these shirts were much longer than I typically encounter. Love the fabric, love the design, love the customer service. Might have to get the shirts hemmed but I’ll get more for sure.
