Terms of service

Terms of Service

1. About Us

This website is operated by Jumble Print Designs Ltd, trading as Jumble Print Designs. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jumble Print Designs Ltd.

We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15543596.

Registered office: 23 Riverside Studios, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YL
General enquiries: sales@jumbleprintdesigns.com
Order, cancellation and return enquiries: info@jumbleprintdesigns.com

Our registered office is not our designated returns facility. Please contact us for return instructions before sending goods.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products.

2. These Terms and Your Rights

These terms apply when you use our website or purchase products from us. Please read them alongside our:

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

If these terms conflict with our Refund & Returns Policy or Shipping Policy on a matter specifically covered by those policies, the relevant policy takes precedence, subject always to applicable law.

3. Our Products and Production Approach

Our garments are generally printed or embroidered after an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs while reducing overproduction.

Producing a standard catalogue item after purchase does not, by itself, make it personalised or remove any statutory cancellation rights.

Please review the product description, size guide, colour options and other relevant details before ordering. Fits, fabrics and measurements vary between garment styles.

We take reasonable care to present products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings, and product images may include illustrative mockups. This does not affect our obligation to supply goods that match their description and meet applicable legal standards.

Where relevant, any measurement tolerances or other material product characteristics will be explained in the product information.

4. Placing an Order

You are responsible for checking your selected products, sizes, colours, quantities and delivery details before completing checkout.

After you place an order, we will send an order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched, at which point a contract is formed for the products confirmed as dispatched.

If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, for example because a product is unavailable, delivery to your address is not possible or a material pricing error has occurred, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected products.

We may decline orders where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unlawful activity or unauthorised resale. We will not exercise this discretion unlawfully or in a way that removes your rights under an existing contract.

If a problem arises after we have accepted your order, we will explain the available options and honour your applicable contractual and statutory rights.

5. Prices and Payment

Product prices and delivery charges are shown on our website and at checkout. Applicable taxes collected by us will be shown or included as required by law.

Please check the currency and total payable before submitting your order.

We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not alter the price of an order we have already accepted.

If we discover a material pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you to explain it. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If you do not wish to proceed, or we cannot resolve the issue, we will cancel the affected order and refund any payment taken.

Payment must be made using an available checkout payment method. Where you choose a third-party payment or instalment service, your use of that service is also subject to the provider’s terms. This does not affect your rights against us in relation to your purchase.

6. Delivery and International Orders

Production and delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy, together with any additional information provided on the product page or at checkout.

Unless expressly stated as guaranteed or separately agreed, delivery timeframes are estimates. We remain responsible for meeting any binding delivery commitment and your statutory rights concerning delivery.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels. Production and dispatch locations can vary according to the product and its availability.

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties or carrier charges, depending on the destination, shipment origin, order value and applicable rules. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and any information provided before purchase for the arrangements applicable to your order.

If you receive an unexpected request for import-related payment, contact info@jumbleprintdesigns.com with a copy of the request so we can investigate. This section does not make you responsible for charges that we agreed to cover or that applicable law requires us to bear.

For consumer orders, goods normally remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you identify to receive them. Different rules may apply if you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. A tracking status alone does not remove your consumer rights.

7. Cancellations and Order Amendments

If you need to cancel or amend an order, email info@jumbleprintdesigns.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

Orders enter production promptly, so we cannot guarantee changes to the design, size, colour or delivery details once processing or production has begun.

An inability to amend an order or stop production does not remove any statutory cancellation right that applies.

For eligible purchases of standard catalogue products, UK and EU consumers generally have the right to cancel from the time the order is placed until 14 days after the day the goods are received. Where goods from a single order arrive separately, the cancellation period generally ends 14 days after receipt of the final item.

Where applicable law permits, an exception may apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as products bearing your own name or artwork supplied by you. Choosing an existing catalogue design in a standard size or colour does not, by itself, make an item personalised.

Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for cancellation instructions, return deadlines and refund arrangements. Exercising a statutory cancellation right does not require our approval.

8. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods

Our Refund & Returns Policy explains the arrangements for returns, refunds, damaged goods, incorrect items and other order problems.

We do not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind returns or size exchanges where no applicable legal right requires them. This does not restrict statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Where a return is eligible, you may return the item for a refund and place a separate order.

Goods must meet applicable legal requirements, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any particular purpose where the law requires this.

If there is a problem with your goods, contact info@jumbleprintdesigns.com. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Our arrangements with production partners or carriers do not replace or limit our responsibilities to you.

9. Offers and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes and bundles are subject to the conditions stated when they are advertised, including any eligibility requirements, exclusions and expiry dates.

Whether offers can be combined will be explained in the relevant promotion or at checkout.

We may change or withdraw offers for future purchases. This will not affect a valid discount already applied to an accepted order.

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the goods concerned, including applicable discounts. Any treatment of partial bundle returns must follow the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

10. Your Account and Information

Please provide accurate and current contact, payment and delivery information, and notify us promptly if you discover an error.

If you use a customer account, take reasonable steps to protect access to it and let us know if you suspect unauthorised use.

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptable Website Use

You must not use our website to:

  • Commit fraud or carry out unlawful activity.

  • Submit information you know to be false for a fraudulent purpose.

  • Introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful code.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or personal information.

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.

  • Harass, threaten or abuse other people.

  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

We may restrict or suspend website or account access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect security. Doing so does not remove your rights concerning existing purchases, refunds or legitimate complaints.

12. Intellectual Property and Customer Submissions

Website content, branding, artwork, designs, images and text are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in its design. You must not reproduce our artwork or website content for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by law.

If you supply artwork, text or other material for a personalised product, you confirm that you have the rights or permissions needed for us and our production partners to use it to fulfil your order.

You retain any rights you hold in material you submit. You grant us and our production partners permission to use it as reasonably necessary to process, produce and deliver your order and provide related customer support.

Submitting artwork for an order does not give us permission to sell it as a general catalogue design.

If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it in connection with our business. We may format it or make minor corrections without changing its meaning. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading or irrelevant content, but a review will not be removed merely because it is negative.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or optional services.

Those providers are responsible for their own websites, services and terms. Please review their terms and privacy information before using them.

We remain responsible for our own actions and for obligations we owe you under your purchase contract. Using Shopify, a payment provider, a production partner or a delivery carrier does not remove those obligations.

14. Our Responsibility to You

If we breach our contract with you or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that breach or failure.

Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence or if, when the contract was made, both you and we knew it might happen.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breaches of your statutory rights concerning goods, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Products are offered for domestic and personal use. If you use them for a commercial or business purpose, we do not accept liability for business losses such as lost profits, lost business opportunities or business interruption, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

We cannot promise that the website will always be available without interruption or technical errors. This does not exclude responsibility for losses for which we are legally liable or affect your rights relating to an order.

15. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Events beyond our reasonable control may affect production or delivery.

If such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and reduce the impact. Where there is a substantial delay, we will explain the options available, including any applicable right to cancel and receive a refund.

Nothing in this section removes your statutory rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods or automatically transfers responsibility for carrier problems to you.

16. Changes to Our Website and These Terms

We may update our website, product range and these terms from time to time.

The terms applicable to your order are those in force when you placed it, unless you expressly agree to a change or a change is required by law.

Updated terms apply to future orders. Changes to website features or availability do not remove our obligations concerning orders already accepted.

17. Interpreting These Terms

These terms and the policies referred to in them form part of our agreement with you. They do not exclude binding information or representations provided before purchase, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where they can do so fairly and lawfully.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision, this does not prevent us from enforcing it later.

Where a consumer term could have different meanings, the meaning most favourable to the consumer will apply as required by law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply to your purchase in your country of residence.

Nothing in these terms removes any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising your statutory rights or raising a legitimate payment dispute.
