At Jumble Print Designs, we aim to keep you informed every step of the way. Here's everything you need to know about tracking your order and what to do in case of delays or issues.
Made-to-Order Items
Every item is made to order specifically for you to reduce waste and maintain quality standards. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production and delivery, particularly during busy periods. Many orders arrive sooner depending on your location and product type. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you automatically.
What to Do if Your Order is Delayed
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check the tracking link provided in your email to view the latest updates from the courier.
- Remember that once the item is with the courier, delays are outside our control. However, we are here to help! If you have concerns, contact us at sales@jumbleprintdesigns.com, and we’ll assist in locating your package and speeding up the resolution where possible.
Understanding Courier Updates
Occasionally, couriers mark packages with exceptions due to weather, delivery difficulties, or other issues. If this happens:
- Contact the courier directly using the information provided on the tracking page. They can give you the most accurate updates on the situation.
- If you need further assistance, feel free to email us, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take lost or damaged items seriously. If your package is:
- Lost: Contact us immediately at sales@jumbleprintdesigns.com so we can investigate with the courier. Once confirmed, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
- Damaged: Please email us with photos of the damage. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
If Your Order is Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with your neighbours or household members to ensure it wasn’t accepted on your behalf.
- Contact the courier directly to confirm the delivery details.
- Reach out to us at sales@jumbleprintdesigns.com if you need further guidance. While responsibility lies with the courier once the package is marked as delivered, we are happy to assist in providing support.
