Once your order is placed, it’s sent to our global fulfilment network. We produce each item to order and, whenever possible, manufacture it at the nearest available facility to reduce transit distance and speed up delivery. If your order includes items made in different locations, it may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking.

Fulfillment and Delivery Expectations

At Jumble, we balance speed with quality to ensure your custom-made item meets our high standards. When calculating your total delivery time, please consider both fulfillment and shipping times.

Fulfillment Times

We understand the desire for fast delivery, but as a company committed to ethical and custom-made production, we prioritize quality over instant gratification.

  • Standard Fulfillment: 2–5 business days
  • Peak Periods (e.g., seasonal sales or high demand): 4–10 business days

Each item is made to order, ensuring careful attention to detail before shipping. Most products are processed as quickly as possible, but during peak times, additional time may be needed to maintain our quality standards.

Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped from the closest production facility (UK, USA, EU, or Australia) whenever possible to reduce delivery times. However, some items may be manufactured overseas, which may impact transit time.

  • UK: 2–5 business days
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • EU: 5–10 business days
  • Australia: 3–6 business days
  • International: 5–20 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total order time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time
For most customers, this means 4–10 business days, but during peak times, it may take longer.

  • International orders should allow extra time for customs clearance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.
Please note that tracking updates and final delivery times are managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.If a parcel has not been delivered, we allow up to 30 days from dispatch for the courier to resolve delays, missed scans, or routing issues. If it is still undelivered after this period, we will treat it as lost in transit and offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.
