Corvus Bloom centres on a poised black raven perched above a weathered skull, framed by flowering branches. Deep teal leaves, coral-pink blossoms and the bird’s long pale turquoise tail feathers bring vivid colour to the dark, detailed central illustration.
Fine black outlines and layered feather marks give the raven a textured, almost ink-drawn finish, while the skull adds a stark anatomical focal point beneath it. The balanced floral arrangement softens the darker subject matter, creating a richly contrasted composition of inky black, muted bone tones, teal and pink.
