Once your order is placed, it’s sent to our global fulfilment network. We produce each item to order and, whenever possible, manufacture it at the nearest available facility to reduce transit distance and speed up delivery. If your order includes items made in different locations, it may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking.

Fulfillment and Delivery Expectations
At Jumble, we balance speed with quality to ensure every custom-made item meets our standards. Because each piece is created to order, total delivery time includes both production and shipping.
Fulfillment Times
We understand the desire for fast delivery, but as a brand committed to ethical, made-to-order production, we prioritise quality over mass production.
Standard fulfillment: Orders are processed carefully and efficiently while maintaining our quality standards.
Peak periods: Processing times may be extended during seasonal demand or high order volume.
Each item is produced specifically for you, allowing us to maintain quality standards while reducing overproduction and waste.
Shipping Times
Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped from the closest production facility whenever possible to reduce delivery times. Some items may be produced overseas depending on product type, availability, or destination, which may occasionally extend transit times.
If your order contains items produced at different facilities, we may split your shipment so part of your order can arrive sooner rather than holding everything back. If this happens, you may receive multiple parcels and separate tracking updates.
