Completely shocked by the lack of quality on the basic T-shirt. Contacted customer services only to be told there was no way I could get my money refunded. Even though I wanted a thicker T-shirt and had made a mistake.

The T-shirt you ordered is made from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton with a lightweight 4.2 oz/yd² fabric, as clearly described on our product page. This style is intentionally designed for comfort and breathability — particularly popular during warmer months — and is not defective or of poor quality.
We also want to note that, after the courier mishandled your original parcel, we sent a full replacement order at our own expense, which was later successfully delivered.
As a made-to-order business, we're transparent about our policies and product specifications. We’re unable to offer refunds when an item has been delivered correctly and the issue relates to personal preference. We do, however, offer a range of heavier-weight and premium styles for customers seeking a different fit or feel.
