Once your order is placed, it's sent to our global production network, where each piece is made to order especially for you.
Where possible, we produce orders close to their delivery destination across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan and beyond to help reduce transit distances and environmental impact. Some collections, however, are produced exclusively within specific regions to maintain consistent quality, specialist manufacturing standards and premium materials.
Where applicable, the production region is clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for global production and delivery, although most orders arrive much sooner depending on destination.

Products within our 🌍 Global Production Network are also clearly identified on the product page. These orders are usually produced as close as possible to their delivery destination. However, production is automatically assigned based on the selected size, colour, stock availability, production capacity, and delivery requirements. As a result, some product variants may occasionally be produced in another region, including the USA.
If production is assigned outside your destination region, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees in accordance with the destination country's regulations.
