Dead Orbit centres on a stark space-age skull contained within a rounded astronaut helmet. The compact front embroidery uses vivid red-orange linework, with radiating marks and small star-like accents creating an energetic halo around the figure.
The illustration balances rough, scratch-like shading with crisp contour lines across the helmet, skull and collar. Its limited colour treatment keeps the design direct and graphic, while the exposed teeth and hollow eye sockets give the cosmic motif a darker edge.
This structured, high-profile Otto Cap snapback is made from an 85% acrylic and 15% wool blend. It has a six-panel build, flat visor with a subtle grey underside, and an adjustable plastic snap closure for a head circumference of 22″–24″ (55–60 cm).
