Bold colour meets traditional symbolism in the Ikari Botan (怒り牡丹 – “Fury & Peony”) Unisex T-Shirt. The design features a striking Japanese oni mask surrounded by blooming peony flowers, blending fierce warrior energy with the elegance of traditional Japanese floral art.
The oni mask represents power, protection, and untamed spirit, while the peony—often called the “king of flowers” in Japanese art—symbolises strength, prosperity, and honour. Together they create a dynamic contrast between beauty and intensity, captured in vivid colour and expressive linework.
The artwork draws inspiration from traditional Japanese tattoo and ukiyo-e aesthetics, giving the piece a bold graphic presence while maintaining artistic balance.
