These Terms & Conditions apply to the Jumble Print Designs Monthly Free Tee Draw.
1. Promoter
The Monthly Free Tee Draw is operated by Jumble Print Designs Ltd (“Jumble”, “we”, “us”).
2. Eligibility
The Monthly Free Tee Draw is open worldwide to Jumble email subscribers aged 18 or over.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Both new and existing eligible subscribers can participate. Existing subscribers are automatically included and do not need to subscribe again.
Employees of Jumble Print Designs Ltd and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to win.
3. How to enter
To participate, you must be subscribed to Jumble email marketing.
New subscribers become eligible when they successfully subscribe. Existing subscribers are automatically eligible.
By subscribing, you agree to receive marketing emails from Jumble. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in our emails.
Unsubscribing removes you from future Monthly Free Tee Draws.
There is no need to enter again each month. As long as you remain an eligible subscriber, you will automatically be included in subsequent monthly draws.
4. Monthly draw
One winner will be randomly selected on the 28th of every month from eligible subscribers included in that month’s draw.
Subscribers must still be subscribed and eligible at the time entries are taken for the draw.
Jumble will keep an appropriate record of the selection and administration of each monthly draw.
5. The prize
Each monthly winner will receive one free Jumble T-shirt, including standard delivery.
The winner will be invited to choose their T-shirt from a selected range of eligible Jumble T-shirts available for that month’s draw.
The eligible selection may change from month to month. Products, styles, colours and sizes are subject to availability, and certain premium, limited, specialist or other products may be excluded.
If the winner’s preferred product, colour or size is unavailable, they will be asked to choose another eligible option.
The prize has no cash alternative, cannot be exchanged for store credit and is non-transferable.
6. Worldwide delivery
Standard delivery to the winner’s country is included in the prize.
Where delivery to a particular destination is prevented by law, sanctions, carrier restrictions or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Jumble Print Designs Ltd, we reserve the right to offer an alternative arrangement where reasonably possible.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country that are outside the control of Jumble Print Designs Ltd are not included unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
7. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries for that month’s draw.
Entries must represent genuine individual subscribers. Duplicate, fraudulent, automated or manipulated entries may be removed.
Jumble Print Designs Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of a potential winner before awarding the prize.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their Jumble subscription.
The winner will have 7 days from the date the winner notification email is sent to respond and claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or fails to provide the information reasonably required to fulfil the prize, Jumble Print Designs Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and randomly select another eligible winner.
Entrants are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address and for checking their inbox, including spam or junk folders.
9. Claiming the prize
The winner will be asked to provide the information reasonably required to fulfil their prize, including:
- Their T-shirt selection from the eligible range
- Size and available colour
- Full name
- Delivery address
The winning T-shirt will be made to order, so normal Jumble production and delivery times will apply.
10. Winner announcements
Jumble Print Designs Ltd may announce through its website, email marketing and/or social media channels that a winner has been selected.
We may ask the winner for permission to share details such as their first name, country or social media accountwhen announcing their win.
We will not publicly disclose a winner’s email address, full postal address or other unnecessary personal information.
11. Fair participation
Jumble Print Designs Ltd reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that they have provided false information, attempted to manipulate the draw, created fraudulent or duplicate subscriptions, breached these Terms & Conditions or otherwise abused the promotion.
Our intention is to operate the Monthly Free Tee Draw fairly for genuine Jumble subscribers.
12. Changes, suspension or cancellation
Jumble Print Designs Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Monthly Free Tee Draw where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.
Where reasonably possible, changes affecting future draws will be communicated appropriately.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Personal information and marketing
Personal information used to administer the draw will be handled in accordance with the Jumble Print Designs Ltd Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Your email marketing subscription is used to determine your eligibility for future Monthly Free Tee Draws.
You can unsubscribe from Jumble marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in our emails. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer be included in future draws.
Information requested from a winner for prize fulfilment will be used as reasonably necessary to administer and deliver the prize.
14. General
The decisions of Jumble Print Designs Ltd regarding the administration of the draw and the random selection and eligibility of winners are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform on which it may be promoted.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Jumble Print Designs Ltd in the United Kingdom, without affecting any mandatory rights an entrant may have under the laws applicable in their country of residence.
