Fulfillment Times

As a company committed to ethical and custom-made practices, we prioritize quality over speed. The time it takes for you to receive your order includes both our fulfillment time and shipping duration.

  • Fulfillment Time: It takes 2–5 business days to process and manufacture your custom-designed item. Most products are printed within 3 business days, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of excellence.
    During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, fulfillment times may extend by 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Once your item has been fulfilled, shipping typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on your location.
    Delays in transit may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  2. Carrier Responsibility

    • Once shipped, the delivery becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
    • If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check safe areas, consult neighbors, or contact the carrier directly for assistance.
  3. Delivered Packages

    • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
    • Claims for such deliveries must be filed directly with the carrier.
  4. Lost or Delayed Orders

  5. Delivery Locations

    • Carriers may leave packages in secure locations if no one is available to receive them. Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate.

Custom Orders and Cancellations

As our items are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled after they have gone into production, which usually occurs 48 hours after the order is placed.
