30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Report any issues to our customer support team at returns@jumbleprintdesigns.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Clear photographs showing the damage to the item and its packaging
Our team will promptly review your case and provide further instructions.
- Refund: If the item is confirmed to be damaged during transit or due to a manufacturing defect, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, including any shipping charges, using the original payment method. Please allow 21 business days for the refund to be processed once the damaged item has been returned.
- Exchange: If the item is in stock, we can offer an exchange for the same or a similar item of equal value. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process.
Lost Goods
If your order is lost during transit and does not reach the specified delivery address within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact our customer support team at sales@jumbleprintdesigns.com. within 5 business days. We will investigate with the shipping carrier to locate the package.

Carrier Responsibility: If the carrier marks a package as delivered but it is not received, please notify us immediately. While we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to locate the package.

Refund: If the investigation confirms the package is lost and cannot be located, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, including any shipping charges, using the original payment method.

Reshipment: If the items are in stock and you prefer a replacement, we can arrange for a reshipment at no additional cost. Our customer support team will provide an estimated delivery time for the reshipment.
Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges
- Notify us within the specified timeframe mentioned above. Failure to report damaged or lost goods within the given timeframe may limit our ability to assist you.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we determine that the damage or loss is due to customer negligence, misuse, or if the claim is fraudulent.
- Return Shipping Costs: For damaged items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at returns@jumbleprintdesigns.com for further instructions. We will refund the shipping cost upon return of the item.
- Refunds for damaged or lost items will be processed within 21 business days once confirmed. For reshipments, we aim to dispatch replacements within 3 business days after confirmation, subject to stock availability.

At Jumble Print Designs, all products are custom-made to order, allowing us to minimize waste and avoid overproduction. As a result, we do not hold stock of items. Returned items cannot be restocked and are typically donated to charitable causes or recycled responsibly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Wrong Size
We encourage customers to review our size charts carefully before placing an order. In the event that you receive an item in the wrong size, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on wrong size selection. Detailed size charts are available on our website, and our customer support team can assist you before making a purchase.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as all our products are made-to-order and often personalized based on your selections. Please carefully review product details, descriptions, and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is happy to help.
To minimize waste, we produce every item on demand. This sustainable approach helps reduce excess inventory but limits our ability to accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing or a change of mind. Thank you for supporting our commitment to sustainability.
Customer Satisfaction and Exceptions
At Jumble Print Designs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we have a strict policy regarding non-returnable items, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. International Returns
We generally do not accept returns outside of the UK. Refunds are issued only for damaged or lost in-transit items. For any issues, contact returns@jumbleprintdesigns.com with clear photo evidence of damage. Allow 48 hours for us to assess before processing a refund. Exchanges are usually issued as a discount code for you to reorder the item.
In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, this can be refunded at our discretion. Contact returns@jumbleprintdesigns.com for guidance.
For international orders, customs processing may cause unforeseen delays. These delays are beyond our control. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend contacting your local customs office for updates.

Refunds for returned items will be issued 48 hours after we receive the item. For refunds issued back to your card, please allow 4 to 10 business days, depending on your card provider.
Custom Orders and Cancellations
As our items are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled after they have gone into production, which usually occurs 48 hours after the order is placed. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
