Made-to-Order Items
Our products are made to order, which typically takes up to 10 business days to process and dispatch. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, slight delays may occur. Rest assured, as soon as your order is dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you.
What to Do if Your Order is Delayed
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check the tracking link provided in your email to view the latest updates from the courier.
- Remember that once the item is with the courier, delays are outside our control. However, we are here to help! If you have concerns, contact us at sales@jumbleprintdesigns.com, and we’ll assist in locating your package and speeding up the resolution where possible.

If Your Order is Marked as Delivered but Not Received
