Tariff Notice – Update (2nd September 2025)

As of 2nd September 2025, changes to U.S. import regulations (removal of the de minimis provision) have caused temporary disruption to orders fulfilled from our EU facilities.

This specifically affects our Organic Cotton T-shirt range, which is fulfilled in the EU.

What this means for you:

  • Orders bound for the United States from this range may currently show as un-routable.

  • Delivery of affected items may be delayed until normal service resumes.

  • We are actively working with our fulfilment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Your options:

  • If you have already placed an order for these products to the U.S., we will keep you updated regarding fulfilment timelines.

  • If you are considering ordering from the Organic Cotton range for delivery to the U.S., please note that delays are expected until further notice.

U.S. Orders & Tariff Update

Update – June 2025:
The new U.S. import tariffs are now in effect. We’re reviewing fulfillment costs and may need to adjust pricing, shipping, or temporarily pause U.S. orders. We’ll post updates here as soon as we have more information.

What’s Happening

Starting June 1, 2025, the U.S. government is introducing new import tariffs on international goods, including clothing and accessories. These changes eliminate the long-standing $800 de minimis exemption, which previously allowed low-value orders to enter duty-free.

Although our production is routed to facilities closest to the customer, and the majority of U.S. orders are printed and shipped within the United States, many products and materials still originate from outside the U.S.

As a result, these new import rules may apply even to items fulfilled domestically, depending on how U.S. customs classifies the components involved.

This could lead to additional import costs being applied to orders delivered to U.S. addresses.

What This Means for You

For now, nothing changes.
We are holding our current pricing for U.S. customers through May 31. No additional fees are being added, and shipping continues as usual.

However, depending on how these tariffs affect fulfilment costs, we may need to either increase prices for U.S. customers or pause U.S. shipping entirely from June 1.

This allows us to forward-plan responsibly, protect our margins, and continue serving other key markets without disruption. Our priority is to maintain a sustainable operation that delivers value across all regions we serve.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will reassess our position closer to the deadline.

What You Can Do

If you are planning to order from the U.S., we recommend placing your order before May 31 to secure current pricing and free shipping offers.

A Note on Loyalty

We value our U.S. customers deeply. Unfortunately, small independent brands like ours cannot absorb these new costs without consequence. We are doing everything we can to stay transparent, fair, and sustainable as this unfolds.

This situation is already impacting the global e-commerce industry — from small creators to large platforms — and the true scale of disruption likely won’t be clear until after June 1. American customers are expected to be hit hardest, as import costs rise sharply across a wide range of products. We’re preparing as best we can, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
