Shipping & Delivery Policy
Fulfilment & Delivery Timeframes
At Jumble, every item is made to order, meaning we begin production only after your purchase. This approach reduces waste and ensures a more sustainable fashion model.

Fulfilment Time: 2–5 business days
(During peak periods such as holidays or sales, this may extend up to 10 business days.) -
Shipping Time (after fulfilment):

Total delivery time = Fulfilment + Shipping
Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days, but international orders or peak-season production may cause slight delays.
We always aim to dispatch your item from the closest available fulfilment centre (UK, USA, EU, or Australia) to reduce delivery time and environmental impact.
Please note: Some larger sizes or variants may be produced in the USA and shipped internationally. Our organic cotton range is currently fulfilled in Europe.
You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Confirmation & Responsibility
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery timelines and final handling are managed by third-party couriers.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check secure areas, consult neighbours, or contact the courier directly.

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier. Claims for such deliveries must be filed with the courier directly.

If a package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, contact us at sales@jumbleprintdesigns.com, and we will assist with an investigation.
Address Issues & Return-to-Sender
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All items are made to order. Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins, typically 48 hours after purchase.
If you need to make a change or have a concern, email us promptly at sales@jumbleprintdesigns.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
